Under a Palm tree somewhere far away...

Here I am sitting under a big shady palm tree, drinking a few gallons of tea, in a little cafe in Pondicherry, India! I just wanted to pop in and let you know that I am still around* just not where you thought I was! I have made my way back home.. the long way via Bali with a bunch of girlfriends and now India where I met my mum. I have left Australia with a heavy heart, a handful of amazing friends and a suitcase full of wonderful memories.

I have SO much to tell you, I don't even know where to begin... I am slowly trying to process it all, the good and the bad (mostly good) - Bali was a dream, I have a whole lot of photos to share with you. I had the dreamiest 10 days, it was the best thing that could have happened to me right after leaving. (If you're really impatient Rose is blogging all about it..!)

I am now in India, reunited with my mama (I've been squeezing her tight for the past 3 days just to make sure she doesn't go too far..) we are travelling around in this wonderful chaos, navigating between the cows, the 'tuk tuks' and the scary traffic. I will have many stories waiting to be shared. I am so excited to come back home, to be reunited with my family and friends (dogs, cats and horses.. ;) and to start a new chapter in my life. Oh and I can't wait for christmas & a real winter!! But right now I've got one too many mosquito bites and a temple to visit so I'll see you very soon, I promise. I've missed you all! (In the meantime I am very active on Instagram.. surprise!)

* (the blog had a few technical issues in the past few days which is why it looked like it was gone for good..scary! It should all be back to normal now, I think..?)
