Friday Night at Union Chapel

Last Friday night (*cue Katy Perry*) was spent in a Church, sipping on hot chocolate, listening to country music. Now if that's not the ideal Friday night then what is?! Especially when it started with sushi and a good laugh. This was my first concert at Union Chapel - we went to see Justin Townes Earle - my mind was blown. You should definitely keep an eye on concerts & events going on there, it's such a cool venue! That place is incredible.

We luckily picked the best seats in the house (upstairs, first row, middle, above heater) After a little wonder we picked some ice cream and the BEST hot chocolate. The hearty kind with fluffy melty marshmallows, with a marshmallow to chocolate ratio which was probably illegal. The church was candlelit, with real candles... (because we all know the fake ones are everywhere!) It was magical. London is always full of surprises isn't it?
