Life Lately

My life lately is made out of a lot of nannying during the week then some exploring & eating out at the weekends. I still don't remember to take my camera out, so my trusty iPhone does the job!

Sydney is beautiful in the Winter, the air is crisp but the sun is still shining its brightest rays for everyone to enjoy. Last week we went on a little adventure to the Museum of Contemporary Art in the city. We took the ferry over - my first time on the ferry since I've been in Sydney, don't ask me why it took me so long! The views from the boat are pretty spectacular. Yes floating under the Harbour bridge passed the Opera House is just a regular commute to work for some people! We had a lot of fun, until 2 of us fell asleep (not me) & it was time to go home for cookies & milk.

I am having a lot of fun doing this 'job', it is teaching me a lot of things about myself, seeing the world through their amazed little eyes is just the cherry on top! Everything is exciting & new. A lot of people thought I was crazy taking a job looking after twins under 3, but they are (for real) the cutest, easy going little troopers. Sure I come back home every afternoon completely exhausted (see those tired selfie eyes?!) from running around & pushing that heavy pram up & down several hills all day, but on the bright side I don't need to go to the gym ;)

It's now 9pm & I've been ready for bed for the past 3 hours, wait who am I kidding, I've been ready for bed since I woke up at 6 this morning.... so if you'll excuse me, my bed is calling my name.
