Cranberry, Orange and Almonds Pudding by Nigella
This posthas been saved as a draft for a loooong time (ie. before Christmas) This is avery festive cake (cranberries, almonds and orange) but it’s also delicious andcomforting, and easy as 1,2,3. I won’t get into much detail, you cannot beatNigella’s (Lawson) sexiness in the kitchen, so watch this video and make thisyummy cake over the weekend. It would be lovely for breakfast (because youknow.. it’s super healthy with fruits and nuts..) Who needs excuses to havecake for breakfast anyway…? Certainly not me.
Ps: Note that I didn't have almonds at the time, and mine was more of a cake than a pudding, but you know it's all about tweaking, and making it your own :)
