Fresh starts. Gigi knows what's up!! I needed a fresh start, and with that comes a lot of changes. First of all I decided to move jobs, an opportunity came up which I couldn't say no to and I think it was the perfect time for me to get going on new projects - which I will hopefully share more with you soon! While all of this was happening, I got an infection in my foot after skiing (photos of the trip coming soon!).. I'm still not exactly sure how but hey!

I was on strong antibiotics and couldn't walk for a while, so that was fun! I hate taking meds soooo much, and taking antibiotics has really taken it out of me.. but the foot is better now, which is very good news! but all of this meant I spent a while in bed in the past couple of weeks, which was made SO much better by the best sheets in the world.. 

Christy kindly sent over this set, and let me tell you, once you go Egyptian cotton...there's no way back. Michael has been complaining ever since whenever I've changed the set for one of our normal cotton ones. I've never been a fan of silk sheets... just the idea. GROSS. but this is silky soft without the downsides! I need to get my hands on another set because seriously, it's a game changer.

In other news, I also decided to go full on plant based since last week - you can read about my decision on yesterday's insta post - but I will make sure to keep you updated with my progress in a blog post very soon. I thought it might be interesting for me to document my transition, the things that have helped me along the way and all the challenges I encounter (because I'm sure there will be a few!) What do you think?
