Recipe | Easy Hummus

I seriously live on the stuff. I can eat it at every meal, and often do. Spread it on toast in the morning to replace your (mine anyway) usual avocado, dip some veggies in there for lunch or add it to your sandwhich, dip pitta bread in there for a snack.. I'm telling you the possibilities are endless! 

The good news is that it's packed with protein, iron, antioxidants and healthy fats - so no guilt, you're actually doing yourself a favor!

Since I discovered Molly's super simple recipe about 2 years ago, I haven't looked back. It's tastier than the store bought stuff, healthier and you can flavor it the way you want! Paprika? Jalapenos? Roasted red peppers? Go wild!

I love making my no bake hummus pizza with this.. best lunch EVER.
