How To Become a Holistic Health Coach

Interesting post, but it is very easy for someone who is supported financially by others, lives in their partners flat, and who has the luxury of not having to make a living to survive on, to do a course like this. It’s really inaccessible for people who work full time, have real working committments, and who don’t have the luxury of not having to make money to make ends meet. It would be nice if you acknowledged the position you are in.

      Hi Laura,

Thanks for reading and letting me know how you feel!

It’s interesting that this is the image you have of me, I’d like to remind you that what I share on here and on my social media channels is barely 10% of my life.

I am not sure if you read through it all but this course is built so you can do it while working full time. I am a freelancer which means I have the ability to make my own schedule, but let me assure you that I worked very hard all year to be able to pay for this course as well as my bills. Many of my peers doing the course alongside me were working full time in a 9-5 office job too. You can get the work done in the evenings and weekends in under 10hours per week, and you can also pay for the course on a monthly basis which is the only reason how I managed to make it work while working full time as well (it’s not because I don’t have a 9-5 office job that I don’t work very hard and long hours and have ‘real’ commitments.. just remember again, I share very little about the work I do on a day to day basis!!)

I hope you have a good week and let me know if you have any other questions!

    Hi Tania,
Amazing post, I will check out this program for sure :).
I am currently trying to find more relevant IG accounts like yours to follow for health/wellness inspo/info. You said that a whole bunch of people you follow online had one thing in common and graduated from IIN. Could you name a few, I’d love to follow them too.
Thanks a lot, and btw I truly LOVE your content , it’s so inspiring!

I’ve been thinking about this for a while. Loved the detailed sharing of your experience. This year is definitely the year to make these types of investments in my self growth and alignment with my interests and I would love to explore this opportunity further. Could you expand a bit more on the spirituality component? I’m personally interested in how this program as a holistic program incorporates that. Many other programs I’ve seen only focus on the physical aspects of health coaching. Thank you!!!

It’s that time of the year again when all that matters is CHOCOLATE and HOT CROSS BUNS!!! Now if you can combine the two… then you have a winning combo in my opinion. I can’t quite believe it’s been a whole year since I last made and shared these (they were in a collab with […]
