Hello friends! This has been a long time coming, I feel like I’ve been mentioning this guide to transition to a plant-based lifestyle a few times on my social media over the past few months, but I never really finalised it (aka procrastination) – I guess because it took me a while to feel like it was ‘finished’ and even now I always felt like I could keep adding more and making it more this or more that… but I had to snap out of that ‘perfection’ mindset and just let it out into the wild..! If you’ve been a newsletter subscriber for a while, or have subscribed recently you would have received it in your inbox already..!
This guide is a combination of all the tips I’ve felt were essential when I first went vegan and are what made it all so easy and built strong foundations..! It’s also a combination of all the resources that have been instrumental to my vegan journey.
You’ll read this in the guide, but educating yourself and knowing WHY you’re doing this… is the driving factor that will make this an easy and successful transition! So I’ve combined the documentaries, films, books, podcasts and people I follow that have inspired me and from which I’ve learned SO much.
I really wanted to put something together for you guys that would be helpful (fingers crossed), motivating, and be a part of your journey in some way.. wherever you are, wherever you want to go – I truly hope that there is something for you in there!
I am hoping to come out with more of these guides over the coming months, and hopefully eventually an ebook with recipes and more tips! I’ve also been planning a lot of content that YOU will receive through my newsletter..!
