Morning Pages

  1. Nina says:

I don’t do morning pages, but I did start a journal again this year! How often I write depends on how I feel (from every day to once every couple of weeks) and it works surprisingly well as a stress reliever. Surprising to me because I figured if I’m already talking to people about life, what’s the point in writing about it too? Turns out that journaling is a lot more quiet and allows my mind to wander to thoughts I hadn’t even put into words. Recommended!

I try and do this every morning.. I also think that when my work involves writing, that I write much better in the morning when my head is still clear.
