      Thank you so much Disha, that means a lot! Sorry it took me so long to come back to you! Tempeh is fermented soy, the texture is very different to tofu, and so is the taste, it has a lot more flavour ๐Ÿ™‚ I love it marinated like that in soy sauce and garlic, so damn good! Reminds me I should buy some more. T xx
