Wow, I now want to book a flight to India! Pondicherry was in the book Life of Pi, so I would love to go there 🙂 Zoe Newlove Beauty Blogger & MUA

I remember Pondicherry from "life of pi" as well. India terrifies me for some reason but I will go there one day.

    • Tania Joy says:

I’m adding Life of Pi to my must-watch list.. I read the book but still haven’t seen the movie! It can be a little overwhelming, but if you’ve travelled before there is nothing to be scared about. Everyone there is so kind. Avoid the big cities, and you’ll have a blast. x

  4. Beautiful photos! I love the way you describe India; I felt exactly the same and ended up going again a year after my first trip. It’s definitely an addictive place! 🙂

  5. Geneva says:

I love the way you describe India. It certainly isn’t an "easy" place to travel, especially for Westerners, but the experience seems very worth it.

    • Tania Joy says:

Thank you Geneva! it’s not the easiest but that’s part of the fun isn’t it? It can get overwhelming at times, but in the end you always come back a better person I feel… x

  6. Maria says:

    Great photos!
India must be an incredible place 🙂

Oh my goodness, these images are absolutely beautiful. I’ve never been to India, but I have always imagined it as you call it, a sensory roller coaster. Definitely want to pay a visit one day!

  8. Siobhan Watts says:

Your trip looks amazing, as are your photographs and descriptions. So beautiful! x

  9. Maja Moliere says:

I can totally relate to our descriptions. I have a very strong love/not-love relationship with India and I’m sure I’ll be going back there a third time…
Also, very impressed with your battery-saving skills!

    • Tania Joy says:

haha it’s the same for a lot of people I feel… by the end of the trip you feel a bit drained but at the same time you also want more. Oh goodness that battery, I couldn’t beleive it myself… thank goodness for my iPhone which was very helpful to fill in the ‘gaps’ x

It’s that time of the year again when all that matters is CHOCOLATE and HOT CROSS BUNS!!! Now if you can combine the two… then you have a winning combo in my opinion. I can’t quite believe it’s been a whole year since I last made and shared these (they were in a collab with […]
