These look so good! Also, I love that all your suggestions for savoury ones involve cheese! This is why we are friends. Please do make the mozzarella ones, then be sure to share them with me. Air mail?

holy food porn! This looks ah-mazing!

  5. Oh these looks amazing! I made profiteroles a while back and they were delicious; I thought choux pastry would be hard to make but it really wasn’t. I’ll be trying this recipe for sure!

YUM!!! I need some of these as soon as possible. I may have to go on a culinary adventure of my own this weekend.

These look absolutely lovely! Pretty darn excellent for a first attempt. 😉 I actually had the exact same culinary adventure for New Year’s Eve, only I turned my little choux buns into an entire Croquembouche. And it worked!! Let’s just say it won’t be the last time, and I have all kinds of plans for trying my hand at éclairs next. 😀

  9. Oh my. Git in mah belleh.

Your blog is absolutely divine Tania, I especially adore your photography and was wondering whether you had any pointers for food photography. I find that I can never quite make it look as good as in real life! It would be fabulous if you could do a photography tips post if you have the time 🙂 xx

Oh my gosh these look incredible! I’ve had one attempt at making a similar dish and it went horribly wrong, so I think it’s about time I tried again.

I’ve just found your blog and I have to say it is amazing, one of the most beautiful blogs I’ve found in a long time!

  12. Oh my Lord they look so delish!!

So glad you posted the recipe and I hope you are preparing well for Sydney! 🙂

It’s that time of the year again when all that matters is CHOCOLATE and HOT CROSS BUNS!!! Now if you can combine the two… then you have a winning combo in my opinion. I can’t quite believe it’s been a whole year since I last made and shared these (they were in a collab with […]
