Cranberry, Orange and Almonds Pudding by Nigella
has been saved as a draft for a loooong time (ie. before Christmas) This is a
very festive cake (cranberries, almonds and orange) but it’s also delicious and
comforting, and easy as 1,2,3. I won’t get into much detail, you cannot beat
Nigella’s (Lawson) sexiness in the kitchen, so watch this video and make this
yummy cake over the weekend. It would be lovely for breakfast (because you
know.. it’s super healthy with fruits and nuts..) Who needs excuses to have
cake for breakfast anyway…? Certainly not me.
Ps: Note that I didn’t have almonds at the time, and mine was more of a cake than a pudding, but you know it’s all about tweaking, and making it your own 🙂
